DETMERINE THE REQUIRED TESTING
Firstly we will review the development, site layout and number of dwellings to determine the number of tests needed to satisfy the Building Regulations Approved Document E testing requirements. Typically this involves planning 1 set of tests for every 10 new dwellings.
ON SITE TESTING
We will then visit the site to carry out the necessary testing. This typically requires quiet conditions on site to ensure accurate tests results. Our test engineers have years of experience carrying out sound testing on construction sites across the UK and are CSCS qualified. Our testing equipment is also capable of displaying the test results on site on the day of testing.
TEST REPORT
After completing the testing we will deliver a test report suitable for submission to building control. We aim to issue the test report within 24 hours of the testing. In the rare event that any of the tested walls or floors fail to meet the required standards, then we can provide remedial design advice to help achieve a pass.
